Before building Dulcy, I ran a small SMMA and relied almost entirely on word of mouth and referrals to get clients. I tried cold calling. I tried DMs. I even looked into running ads but they were expensive, unpredictable, and didn’t work the way I needed them to.

That’s when I discovered cold email.

It started as just another channel I was testing… and ended up becoming the thing I fell in love with. The systems, the psychology, the scalability it clicked. And it shifted how I thought about growth entirely. I went all in on outbound.

I launched Dulcy while I was still working in a restaurant back in 2021. Like most people starting out, I had to figure everything out myself what tools to use, what strategies actually worked, how to build offers, manage inboxes, write better copy. It wasn’t clean. We wasted money on software. We had no clear structure. But I kept pushing.

Our first real breakthrough came in month 3 - we signed 5 clients, and they started seeing results right away. That’s when I knew this could actually become something.

I learned a lot from the cold email and SMMA spaces - guys like Iman Gadzhi, Georgey Tishin, Nick Abraham, and Tyler Nannetti. They all taught something useful. But none of them showed the full picture - how to actually run and scale a system day-to-day.

Over time, I started building SOPs, internal training docs, and YouTube videos to teach my own team. And as we started getting results, people kept reaching out - asking for help, feedback, guidance.

The problem? I didn’t have time to coach everyone 1-on-1.

So I built Agency Ignition - the exact system I wish I had when I was just getting started. Every module, tool, and workflow is based on the same outbound engine we use every day to grow Dulcy. Just the real stuff - taught in a way I wish someone taught me.
